What distinguishes a real kefir or a real kombucha from a supermarket product is simple: live cultures. Fruit kefir ferments in 24 to 48 hours and contains up to 40 to 60 strains of beneficial bacteria and yeasts - compared to 5 to 10 for kombucha, which ferments for 7 to 14 days from a SCOBY.

In concrete terms: a caffeine-free coffee that truly tastes like coffee. Not a herbal tea. Not a disappointing substitute. Sweet blue Bavarian lupin, certified organic, artisanally roasted at a maximum of 180°C. The roasted notes are there. The creamy texture is there. And the caffeine is absent - which makes a big difference if you're looking to sleep better, reduce your caffeine intake, or go through withdrawal without suffering.

Golden milk is a hot drink from Ayurvedic medicine. Its color comes from turmeric: curcumin, its main active compound, is one of the most studied plant antioxidants in the world, with properties documented in thousands of scientific publications. What we know for sure: black pepper's piperine multiplies its absorption by the body - which is why our formula includes both.
Our golden milk is artisanally made in Brittany, with raw and certified organic ingredients: turmeric, lucuma, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, sprouted fenugreek, black pepper. 1 sachet of 100 g = about 30 cups.

The birch sap is the March rendezvous. Harvested from February to April directly from the trunks of wild birches in the Pyrenees by La Sève Cathare, it concentrates 17 amino acids, essential minerals in bioavailable form (calcium, magnesium, potassium, silicon), and natural antioxidants.
Our saps are certified organic and Nature & Progrès - one of the most demanding standards on the market - and preserved by lactic bio-fermentation without pasteurization. This process enriches the sap with natural probiotics and allows for room temperature storage.
