A good quality professional blender will allow you to make smoothies, raw soups, vegetable pastes and liquid preparations, frozen fruit ice creams, oily flours. It is an indispensable appliance for living food. Thanks to the blender you will be able to easily and quickly produce raw vegan preparations.

A mixer/multi-function robot primarily allows you to grate and chop food as well as make coarsely mixed preparations. However, the blades of a robot or mixer rotate much slower than those of a blender. The blender, on the other hand, allows you to create perfectly mixed, creamy preparations without any remaining pieces. Pasta preparations require a powerful blender that will have a metal/metal connection between the engine rotor and the blade axis. The connections with one or two plastic parts are to be banned because they will eventually wear and degrade, see to break if the motor forces too much.
