    We are delighted to offer you a fresh, non-pasteurized seaweed tartare, a true delicacy and a source of nutritional benefits (an excellent source of amino acids, trace elements, minerals, among others). To enjoy the benefits of seaweed, do notWe make our tartare ourselves using fresh seaweed.Our famous homemade seaweed tartare recipe is here.) with olive oil and lemon juice for many years, we are regularly asked for ready-made tartare, and here it is !

    🌿 Based onfresh seaweed and ofdehydrated algaeAt a low temperature, this tartare is the easiest way to incorporate these precious seaweeds into your meals, by inviting the red and green seaweeds from the Breton coasts into your home.

    Its economical format makes it one of the cheapest tartares on the market for superior quality: unpasteurized, organic seaweed, and raw quality, you have all the power of the sea in this jar.


    Tartare can be stored 3 months in the refrigerator. The jars are simply sealed without pasteurization or any other intervention. Once opened, if you use clean utensils to serve yourself, it will keep for a long time. However, for legal reasons, we must indicate that it should be consumed within 15 days after opening.
    15 years of daily personal consumption of seaweed tartare allow us to assure you that we have never "lost" any tartare as long as it remains in the fridge.

    Tip : Freeze half of the tartare upon receipt for even longer preservation.

    - Storage method: in the cool.Tartare can be frozen; freezing does not alter its taste or nutritional properties. The fibers are slightly tenderized, and it is a bit less "firm."
