A recipe which can be make with fresh coconut meat or with coconut flour
An ideal alternative to industrial coconut truffles, very easy to concoct!
• 200 g coconut meat or 120g coconut flour
• 140 g of almond flour
• 1⁄2 tsp of Himalayan salt (or a little marine plasma)
• 6 tsps of lemon juice
• The zest of 1/2 lemon
• 6 Medjool dates
• 125 ml coconut oil
• a little vanilla extract
Take the equivalent of a tablespoon and roll in the hand. Decorate with grated coconut for example.
