Raw Pumpkin Soup Recipe
Ingredients (for 2 to 3 bowls)
- 750 g of pumpkin flesh
- 1 red bell pepper
- 20 cl of filtered water
- 1 fresh onion
- 1 cup of coconut cream
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 cups of infused fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp of dried thyme
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1 tsp of marine plasma (or ½ tsp of sea salt)
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
- Dice the pumpkin and place it in your blender.
- Add all the other ingredients.
- Blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture.
