Organic sea spaghetti dried at 40°C, in flakes, 150g bag

In partnership with the company BRETALG, we offer you organic sea spaghetti seaweed, in flakes, dried at low temperature (40°C) and presented in resealable kraft packaging that keeps your seaweed away from light.

🌿 Also called "sea spaghetti", thongweed (Himanthalia elongata) is one of the most popular seaweeds. It is harvested at spring tides and can reach 3 metres in length. Olive green in colour, its discreet taste is much appreciated by many seaweed eaters!

> Its taste is slightly sweet, with a light marine fragrance and little iodine flavour. Its lovely dark green colour and its texture are reminiscent of land-grown green beans, hence its French name "sea bean" ;) In its fresh seaweed form, or dried and then rehydrated, sea spaghetti is very simple to prepare. It goes very well with soy sauce and will inspire original, refined "raw-cuisine" creations.
