Organic Unhulled Buckwheat Seeds

Organic unhulled Buckwheat seeds for sprouting

🌱 Known as "black wheat", buckwheat is not a cereal in the botanical sense of the term, although its use is related, in particular because it contains no gluten.

This buckwheat is not hulled and is intended for producing young shoots in trays with the Easygreen Light or the Easygreen Sol, or on "cafeteria" trays with potting soil. Production in jars is not possible: these seeds are intended for growing young shoots and not sprouted seeds.

🌱 Green buckwheat shoots give you a regular supply of a tasty homemade salad.

> Soaking: 4 hours. Hulled buckwheat produces a sticky pectin when rinsed, making it difficult to sprout, but success is guaranteed with the Easygreen!

> Sprouting: The hulls come off from the 10th day, as with sunflower.
Sprouting this seed is more delicate than others. During sprouting, the seeds must never dry out. As soon as the seeds open, the seedlings need a substantial renewal of air; you can put them outside in the open air for a better yield.
