Super Muesli with tiger nut, hemp and raw cacao
An exceptional product! A blend of raw ingredients combined in a truly delicious recipe; it had to be done!
Hemp, activated buckwheat, raw cacao, explosive spices: ginger, turmeric, cardamom and cinnamon. Each ingredient was selected by Croc'enVie for its taste and texture.
It is true that you do not always know what to combine these different ingredients with when they are on their own; this muesli is a perfect answer that combines a texture that is both crunchy and melting, with a very pleasant taste and pronounced spices.
This preparation is made by hand in Brittany, in keeping with the rules of living food, with organic products only. Dehydration at low temperature (<42°) preserves the taste and texture of all these ingredients.
No sugar is added; the muesli is also gluten-free.
🥣 How do you use it?
It is ideal for breakfast, a snack or a dessert. It can also be used in salads for an original sweet-and-savoury note.
We recommend mixing it with chopped fruit, a smoothie, a yoghurt, a fruit juice, plant milk or even a green salad. Ground chia seed, thanks to its mucilage, will give the preparation a creamy texture (after a few minutes of resting).
You can add honey or any other natural sweetener if the taste is not sweet enough for your palate.
The proportion is about one volume of Raw Muesli - i.e. 3 tablespoons (around 40 grams) - to 2 volumes of fruit.
🥣 A closer look at the ingredients
Ginger and turmeric: prepared by Croc'enVie from fresh ginger and turmeric, slowly dehydrated at 42°C, then ground into powder.
Cacao: certified organic and fair trade by the WFTO label, it comes from a cooperative run by a woman, Esperanza Dionisio, in the centre of the Peruvian Amazon. It is sourced by Allpampa, which chooses producers and cooperatives genuinely invested in farming that is consistent with the development of their community, in the Andes and the Amazon.
Activation of the buckwheat: the buckwheat seeds were sprouted before being dehydrated at low temperature (=activated). In this way they can be eaten raw.
Hemp: the hulled hemp seeds bring their little nutty taste, much appreciated!

CROC'ENVIE
Based in Brittany, in Ploemeur, Armand puts all his know-how into producing quality, really tasty raw foods. He tries to source his ingredients in Brittany (such as seaweed, hemp or spirulina) and works with local partners for products that come from far away. So it was only natural that an exclusive collaboration came about with Biovie. Armand tells you about his journey:
" I became interested in living food early in my life, in my twenties, after reading the book "La Vie Biogénique" by Edmond Szekely.
At that time, I practised yoga intensively and wanted to understand the principles of a harmonious diet. I was passionate about activating and sprouting seeds.
After several stays in South India, I looked for solutions to help the members of my family reform their diet. From this experience came the motivation to create raw food compositions to make the move to living food easier.
There are many ways to get good nutritional intake; I wanted to bring together the main recommendations and simplify their use thanks to ready-to-use preparations. I create blends that make it simple to put together instant preparations to combine with raw fruit and vegetables, making the move to living food easier.
My 7 years of experience as a restaurateur gave me the skills to create a food production workshop. I develop my recipes with high standards; the pursuit of taste and texture are of course at the very heart of my approach.
I regularly run workshops in my workshop on plant milks, sprouted seeds and lacto-fermentation. "
