Super Muesli with white mulberries, tiger nuts, and rosehip

Exceptional product! A blend of the best superfoods combined in a truly delicious recipe, it had to be done !

Hemp, activated buckwheat, dehydrated blackberries, rosehip, explosive spices: ginger, turmeric, cardamom, and cinnamon. Each ingredient has been selected by Croc'enVie for the excellence of its nutritional virtues and their Combination generates a beneficial food synergy.
It is true that we don't always know what to pair these different ingredients with when they are on their own; this muesli is a perfect answer that combines the right amount of nutrients with a texture that is both crunchy and soft, with a very pleasant taste and pronounced spices.

This preparation is handcrafted in Brittany, adhering to the principles of living food, using only organic products. Low-temperature dehydration (<42°) preserves the active ingredients of all these components.
This muesli is an energy-packed blend rich in nutrients, vitamins, and minerals, maintaining a good glycemic balance thanks to tiger nuts and dates, which slowly release glucose into the body.
No sugar is added, the muesli is also gluten-free.

Rich in Vitamin C, Omega 3, fiber, Iron, and Magnesium.

🟤 How do we use it ?

It is an ideal addition for breakfast, a snack, or a dessert. It can also be used in salads for an original sweet and savory touch.

We recommend mixing it with chopped fruits, a smoothie, yogurt, fruit juice, plant-based milk, or even a green salad. Ground chia seeds, thanks to their mucilage, will give a creamy texture to the preparation (after a few minutes of resting).
You can add honey or any other natural sweetener if the taste is not sweet enough for your palate.

The ratio is approximately one volume of Raw Muesli - about 3 tablespoons (around 40 grams) - to 2 volumes of fruit.

🟤 Focus on the ingredients

Ginger and turmeric: Prepared by Croc'enVie from fresh ginger and turmeric, slowly dehydrated at 42°C to preserve their properties and nutrients, then ground into powder. When used together, the synergy of their active ingredients multiplies their respective benefits: antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties.

White mulberry: It is the fruit of the mulberry tree, and it is a very good natural sweetener. A source of iron and vitamin C, it is antioxidant and contains resveratrol. It is used in traditional Chinese medicine for common minor ailments and even to slow down the appearance of gray hair !

Rosehip: It is the false fruit of the wild rose or rosehip. Thanks to its natural richness in vitamins A, C, E, and minerals, it is an excellent vitality booster.

Activation of buckwheat: The buckwheat seeds were sprouted before being dehydrated at a low temperature (=activated). This way, they can be consumed raw. Sprouting also activates their nutritional potential, which is used for the plant's development; the activated seed then provides amino acids, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, etc., in abundance. Much more than when it was in "dormancy."

Hemp: Hulled hemp seeds are one of the most nutritionally complete foods. They contain essential fatty acids, a very high protein content, and most importantly, all 8 essential amino acids. Plus, their slight nutty flavor is highly appreciated !

Tiger nut: it is the same one that we sell here on the shop. Find all the information about this small tuber directly on its product page.

Mazafati Dates: A very soft, sweet, and sugary variety. It naturally adds the sweet touch to this muesli.

Raw muesli is rich in Vitamin C, Fiber, Omega 3, Iron, and Magnesium. But that's not all !

The tiger nut is a better source of omega-9 than olive oil! It is also full of vitamins C, E, and antioxidants (rutin) that help fight against free radicals.
Alkalizing, remineralizing, and energizing, tiger nut is richer in potassium than banana, making it a good regulator of blood pressure and a muscle protector. It also stimulates calcium absorption.
It contains many amino acids, particularly arginine, which protects blood flow and combats cramps and headaches.
Rich in insoluble fibers (about 33%), it nourishes the body's good bacteria and reduces the risk of colon cancer. Its fibers, low glycemic index, and vitamin B8 (biotin) content are of great help in cases of diabetes or hypertension. They ensure the proper metabolism of carbohydrates and help reduce blood sugar levels after meals.

DatesAre rich in fiber, so they regulate intestinal transit and relieve constipation. The potassium they containensures communication between neurons and other cells in the body, and is, among other things, a protector of the nervous system. Dates provide you with numerous vitamins (C, B1, B2) but especially iron! This is ideal for preventing anemia and managing your red blood cell production. Finally, they will fill your stomach and quickly reduce the sensation of hunger.

Buckwheat contains very high-quality proteins, and it is also richer in arginine, aspartic acid, and lysine, with levels nearly three times higher than those of other cereals (Study hereProteins account for 10% to 12% of its dry weight, placing it just above wheat.
Antioxidant: it contains a large number of phenolic compounds, including caffeic acid, ferulic acid, hydrobenzoic acid, and coumaric acid. These compounds play a role in the prevention of cancers and certain cardiovascular diseases. It also contains six flavonoids, including rutin, which is predominant in buckwheat seeds and is known for its anti-inflammatory effects and could alleviate symptoms of venous insufficiency (including varicose veins and heavy legs).
Buckwheat is a source of various nutrients: copper, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, zinc, vitamins B1, B3, B9... It actively contributes to the proper functioning of our body's mechanisms !

Hemp is rich in protein: there is twice as much in a portion of seeds as in an egg! The two main proteins in hemp seeds are edestin and albumin. These two high-quality storage proteins are easily digested and contain significant amounts of all essential amino acids (which is not the case with most plant proteins).
Rich in vitamins B1, B6, B9 & a source of vitamin E. Rich in Iron, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Potassium.
A true nutritional gem! This antioxidant cocktail fights, among other things, stress, fatigue, and hypertension. Its high potassium content makes it an alkalizing food.
Hemp is a source of omega 3 and 6. These fatty acids are not produced by the body and therefore must be obtained through diet. They are essential for the proper functioning of our brain, retina, and entire nervous system.

Chia It possesses a wide range of vitamins and minerals (Per 100 g of chia: 500 mg of calcium, 535 mg of phosphorus, 290 mg of magnesium, 6.5 mg of iron, 3.5 mg of zinc & copper) and contains little sodium (less than 0.2 mg).
Chia seeds contain between 22 and 30% protein, including all essential amino acids.
The tryptophan they contain helps increase levels of melatonin and serotonin, which promote good mood and restorative sleep.
Rich in omega-3 (16 to 20%), chia seeds ensure good nerve and lymphatic circulation, and the fluidity of the arteries. They also contain 5 to 8% gamma-linolenic type omega-6.

Rosehip is also known as the famous "itching powder," due to its irritating hairs for the skin and mucous membranes. Of course, there is no trace of it in your muesli. The "fruit" itself contains 20 times more vitamin C than an orange! It is a valuable ally during winter to fight colds, flu, and other cold viruses. It contains vitamins E, PP, and pro-vitamin A, as well as minerals like zinc, iron, and magnesium.
It is also traditionally used against diarrhea and asthenia (generalized fatigue).

White mulberries are interesting for their antioxidant effect. The presence of alkaloids, flavonoids, iron, and vitamin C allows it to be associated with protective effects against free radicals and neurological degeneration.Study)
Animal studies have shown very good anti-cholesterol, anti-obesity potential, and hepatoprotective effects. However, more studies on humans are still awaited.

Spices This muesli invigorates, strengthens, and stimulates. The sensation of warmth stimulates the body, provides a boost in case of temporary fatigue, and will enhance our immune defenses. The powerful antioxidant effect of the ginger + turmeric + cinnamon combo strengthens our body's cells and combats the harmful effects of oxidative stress.
This combo is also anti-inflammatory: it could therefore relieve pain related to minor benign inflammations, such as for people suffering from arthritis, rheumatism, lumbago, uveitis, and other chronic diseases.
These spices, used in Ayurveda for centuries, have many other uses that contribute to the overall well-being of our body.

Based in Brittany, in Ploemeur, Armand puts all his energy into producing super healthy and super tasty raw foods. He tries to source his ingredients from Brittany (such as seaweed, hemp, or spirulina) and works with local partners for products that come from afar. It is therefore natural that an exclusive collaboration was established with Biovie. Armand explains his journey to you:

"I started to become interested in living foods early in my life, in my twenties, after reading the book: 'Biogenic Life' by Edmond Szekely."
At that time, I was practicing yoga intensively and aspired to understand the principles of a harmonious diet. I was passionate about the activation and germination of seeds.

After several Ayurvedic stays in South India, I became particularly interested in the body's regenerative potential. Following health issues experienced by family members, I sought solutions to help them reform their diet. This experience motivated me to create raw food compositions to facilitate the transition to a living diet; a cornerstone for a return to health.

There are multiple ways to benefit from good nutritional intake, and I wanted to gather the main recommendations and simplify their use through preparations concentrated in nutrients and active ingredients. I create blends that allow for the simple preparation of instant mixes to be combined with raw fruits and vegetables, facilitating the transition to a living diet.

My 7 years of experience as a restaurateur have allowed me to acquire the skills to create a food production laboratory. I develop my recipes with high standards, and the pursuit of taste and texture is obviously at the very heart of my approach.

I regularly host workshops in my laboratory on plant-based milks, sprouted seeds, and lacto-fermentation.

You are recommended to stop by his place if you are near Ploemeur!
