A long three-stage fermentation

The production relies on a long fermentation that transforms the sugars present in fruits and vegetables. As with all fermented foods, this process is an integral part of the tradition of living foods.

✨ Usage tips

- Add 25 ml (1.5 tablespoons) of LIGHTSEED to 250 ml of warm water (less than 40°C).
- Preferably take on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before meals, twice a day.
- In case of intestinal sensitivity (inflammation, ulcers), take the drink with food.
- If you have never consumed liquid enzymes, start with one intake per day, then gradually increase to twice a day.
- For maintenance, two intakes per day are recommended.

- All ingredients are 100% natural (certified ISO 22000, HACCP, TÜV Rheinland).
- Store in a cool place away from light. Avoid exposure to sunlight and violent shaking.
- After opening, keep the bottle refrigerated for one month.

Precautions and contraindications

This formula contains bitter melon (Momordica charantia) and fenugreek, two plants with active compounds. Please observe the following precautions:

- Product reserved for adults.
- Contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- If you are diabetic or undergoing treatment for hyperglycemia, seek your doctor's advice before consumption and never change your treatment on your own: bitter melon and fenugreek can influence blood sugar levels.
