- Add 25 ml (1.5 tablespoons) of AMBROSIA to 250 ml of warm water (less than 40°C).
- Preferably take on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before meals, twice a day.
- In case of intestinal sensitivity (inflammation, ulcers), take the drink with food.
- If you have never consumed liquid enzymes, start with one dose per day, then gradually increase to twice a day.
