⚪️ The composition of the INSPIRE kit

Fermented plant syrup

It is a syrup made from a complete fermentation broth that brings together a long list of fruits, vegetables, and plants - lemon, Phyllanthus Emblica (amla), goji, licorice, aged ginger, hawthorn, dandelion, pineapple, papaya, and many others - complemented with ginseng extract and menthol. The fermented plant drink

Presented in individual bottles, this drink is also based on the fermentation of fruits, vegetables, and plants, to which well-known lactic ferments are added: Lactobacillus Paracasei, , Lactobacillus Plantarum and Bifidobacterium bifidum.

Powdered herbal tea

Herbal tea brings together a blend of plantsHouttuynia Cordata, honeysuckle, astragalus, licorice, ginger, Agastache...) and yeasts that provide it with selenium, zinc, chromium, magnesium, and B vitamins. This is the "infusion" part of the protocol, to be prepared in the evening.

Lungs and breathing: what really helps

Let's take a moment, because it is important—and honest. The lungs facilitate gas exchange: they bring in oxygen and expel carbon dioxide. And here is a point that many are unaware of: they have a natural self-cleaning mechanism, the Cilia, which carry mucus and particles up towards the upper airways.
