Orange blossom honey is harvested from orange blossoms, offering a unique floral flavour! We selected this honey for its fruity, mild character, pleasant on the palate, which stands out from traditional honeys.
With its subtle, natural citrus aromas, it is perfect for use in the kitchen to naturally sweeten desserts or drinks.
It is raw and undergoes no processing from the hive to the jar.

> Orange blossom honey crystallises little. However, it can happen depending on storage conditions, and this phenomenon is normal. In fact, it proves that it has not been heated or pasteurised!

The honey is harvested from various beekeepers, located within around 20km of the packing facility.
Honey is a natural sweetener made up of around 80% glucose and fructose.
Sweetening power : honey has a stronger sweetening power than sugar, so you need less of it to sweeten your preparations.
> To give you an idea, 70g of honey is enough to replace 100g of sugar.

Miel y Solo Miel S.L
Located in Colmenar in the Malaga region, Miel y Solo Miel is a small company dedicated to producing, packing and selling high-quality natural honey and other hive products (propolis, royal jelly, honey sweets...).
A former cooperative, they have kept that spirit and work with a group of small beekeepers in southern Spain, located within twenty kilometres or so of their premises, rigorously selected for the quality of their practices and therefore for the quality of the honey.
Thanks to quality control processes, both internal and external, they preserve the original properties and the typical character of the different honeys.
Miel y Solo Miel is a carefully chosen selection of Spanish beekeepers who work in an eco-responsible way, the packing of pure, 100% natural bee honey, without any kind of processing or additives, and the quality control and distribution of these exceptional products. They handle their products in an entirely artisan way.
