Organic Fuerte Avocados - 800 g
Organic Papaya - 1 kg
Organic Pitaya (dragon fruit) - 1.5 kg

☀️ Harvested at physiological maturity by our partner Iulian located on the Spanish Tropical Coast.
> To withstand transport, most fruits are delivered still firm and will be ready to eat a few days after receipt.
🥑 How to enjoy them?
In practice, four fruits, four simple ways to serve them:
> Avocado on toast: mashed with a fork, with a drizzle of lemon and a pinch of salt.
> Colorful bowls: avocado slices, papaya and pitaya cubes, a few seeds on top.
> Smoothie: papaya and pitaya blended together, it's fresh and very colorful.
> Pitaya with a spoon: cut in half, simply.
Storage: a few days at room temperature until ripe. Once ripe, you can keep them in the fridge. An avocado is ready to eat when it yields slightly under thumb pressure.

Bacon Avocado: thin and smooth skin that remains green when ripe, soft and light flesh.
Fuerte Avocado: pear-shaped, thin skin that remains green, creamy flesh with a richer flavor.
Papaya: soft and sweet flesh, to be consumed very ripe.
Pitaya (dragon fruit): refreshing flesh dotted with small seeds, to be enjoyed with a spoon.

We can't get more direct from this producer in Spain in Granada! Iulian Pescara took over the family business in 2018. Two generations have succeeded in cultivating various fields of avocados, mangoes, cherimoyas and other local and seasonal exotic fruits, all of excellent quality and enhanced by the sun of southern Spain. 
DELIVERY
The exotic package is 5 kilos. Once your package is shipped, delivery to your home takes 2/3 business days (non-contractual).
> You will receive an email from the GLS carrier to inform you of the shipment of your package with a tracking link.
- If you order just one box of fruits, including shipping, no additional shipping costs will be added to your order.
- If you order other products from our store, you will also need to pay the standard delivery fees for your other products: one package will leave from Marseille and another from Malaga. Arrival in 2 separate packages.

What exactly does the exotic mix box of avocados, papaya, and pitaya contain?
A 5 kg box of organic fruits from Andalusia: Bacon and Fuerte avocados, papaya, and pitaya. The distribution changes with each package, but we guarantee at least one of each fruit.
How to ripen the fruits received still firm?
Leave them for a few days at room temperature, in a basket. Once ripe, you can store them in the fridge. The fruits are harvested at physiological maturity then shipped firm to withstand transport.
How to know if an avocado is ripe?
It yields slightly under thumb pressure, without being soft. Both Bacon and Fuerte keep a green skin when ripe: the color does not inform you, rely on touch.
What is the difference between a Bacon avocado and a Fuerte avocado?
The Bacon has a thin and smooth skin, with soft and light flesh. The Fuerte has a pear shape and creamier flesh, with a richer flavor. Both are in the box, for comparison.
Can I order multiple boxes and what are the delivery fees?
Yes, up to five boxes for €13.95 delivery fee. Beyond that, write to us at sav@biovie.fr. There is no delivery in Switzerland or to relay points.
