The ultimate treat! You asked us for them, here are the raw, organic, gluten-free energy balls, made in France and by hand. So many good reasons to be tempted by these little balls to satisfy your small hungers and sweet cravings.
🍪 Energy balls are a flagship item of raw cuisine; many recipes are available online, and almost every flavour is possible. But you do not always have the time to prepare them or the right ingredients, in the right proportions, the right blender to get the right texture, or simply, not always the motivation. With our pouches of 20 Energy Balls, you have some ready at any time and for the whole family. You stock up on a snack with a tried and approved taste, which keeps well (at least 1 month in an airtight container).
Each little ball contains fibre (8.3 g per 100 g, see the nutritional values in the PRACTICAL INFO tab), almonds and cashew nuts. Unlike shop-bought sweet snacks and bars, they have no added sugar, just the sugar naturally present in the dried fruit. Be careful not to overdo it, though; they remain high in calories ;)
Easy to carry, they go everywhere with you: after sport, on a walk or hike, for yoga, in your muesli in the morning, at the office, at the school gate, and always in your handbag/backpack in case of a snack attack.
In addition to their "homemade-style" production, we were won over by the intense taste of the apricot. The acerola adds a subtle tangy touch and finally the sesame coating will make you crack with pleasure.
Acerola is a fruit that looks like a small cherry.
A closer look at the dates: Medjool variety, nicely fleshy, particularly honeyed and melting, balanced in sugar.
Grown in the desert in southern Israel, where the intensity of the sun and the sandy soil allow the production of soft, fleshy, delicious dates, while being particularly balanced in natural sugars.

Based under the sun of the Alpes-Maritimes, four kilometres from the beach and surrounded by hills, Up'N Mind makes the energy balls by hand in its workshop. The raw materials are carefully sourced: 100% plant-based, the quality of the ingredients comes first and they work only with organic products. Very creative, the small Up'N Mind team is constantly testing new flavours, which are approved or not... by their son!
Indeed, the story began with the arrival of the little boy of Hafida and Yassine, the company's managers, for whom they came up with fruit blended with Medjool dates, cashew creams or almond butters and raisins. In short, energy balls blended with fruit or vegetable purées...

Storage : the energy balls keep in the tightly closed pouch or in an airtight box, in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, the balls may dry out and lose some of their softness. This is a normal process; they will still be perfectly fine to eat.
