Organic Allegro Mix (Leek, Watercress, Arugula, Alfafa)

Alfalfa is considered the seed with the most complete nutritional values, with a powerful mineral supply and the completeness of essential amino acids. Its fresh flavour balances the slightly pungent and more aromatic flavour of watercress and arugula. Leek seeds have a taste close to sweet onion. The bright green shades of this combination of stimulating flavors will decorate your dishes beautifully.

Watercress and arugula still provide a powerful supply of A B, C, E and K vitamins, but also magnesium, iron, calcium and manganese. Watercress is the detoxifying seed par excellence! It is considered one of the best antibiotics, and has a beneficial action on asthma.

Arugula is the richest salad in carotenoids and flavonoids, with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. With a high content of zinc and iodine particularly assimilable, leek further perfects this synergy by its depurative action of the urinary tract, very useful especially in case of water retention.
