This diuretic mixture, rich in sulfur molecules, will have a beneficial action for the skin, respiratory system, joints and liver detoxification. This quartet of purifying seeds is particularly rich in chlorophyll! It is the mixture to be preferred in case of digestive disorders, and to strengthen his immunity.

CAUTION: it is a synergistic mix of mucilaginous and non-mucilaginous seeds, in a classic germinator, it may be preferable to use a substrate and in any case not to "sow" the seeds too densely.

Arugula is the richest salad in carotenoids and flavonoids, with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
