Organic Leek sprouting seeds
From the Alliaceae family, like onion and garlic, the leek originates from the Middle East. Prized for millennia, the leek was a flagship vegetable for the Hebrews, Egyptians, Greeks and Romans, who spread it across Europe.
🌱 Its sprouted seeds, with a mild onion taste and a surprising bright yellow colour, will liven up your dishes!
