🌱 Sprouted clover seeds: precautions to know
Sprouted clover shoots are safe for the vast majority of people in good health, eaten in reasonable quantities (30 to 40 g of sprouted seeds per day). A few precautions: pregnant or breastfeeding women should seek medical advice because of the isoflavones. People on hormone or anticoagulant treatment should consult a health professional. Rinsing the seeds well before and after sprouting remains an essential hygiene reflex.
