The seeds in the blend Adagio have complementary flavours. Their sprouting time is identical, which gives you an even harvest. Tastes and colours balance perfectly to enhance your salads and dishes!

Their sprouting is very easy in the Easygreen Light or in the Easygreen Sol.

The blend Adagio combines three organic sprouting seeds from the Italian producer Bavicchi: broccoli (20%), China Rose radish (50%) and clover (30%). Broccoli brings a slightly spicy cabbage note, China Rose radish its more pronounced heat.
Clover is close to alfalfa: very quick to sprout, its flavour is mild and fresh.
