NATTOBLAST is a dietary supplement: it does not replace a varied and balanced diet, a healthy lifestyle, or medical advice. Keep out of reach of children. Nattokinase is an active enzyme, and the composition (nattokinase + reishi + hawthorn) calls for several serious precautions:

- For adults only. Not recommended for children and adolescents.
- Not recommended during pregnancy, when planning pregnancy, or during breastfeeding.
- Oral anticoagulants (warfarin, fluindione, DOACs like apixaban, rivaroxaban, dabigatran...): relative contraindication. Nattokinase and reishi have documented effects on coagulation. Do not use without imperative medical advice.
- Antiplatelet agents (aspirin at antiplatelet dose, clopidogrel, ticagrelor...): do not use without medical advice.
- Scheduled surgery or intervention (dental, endoscopic, surgical): stop NATTOBLAST at least 14 days before. Inform the anesthetist and surgeon.
- Coagulation disorders (hemophilia, thrombocytopenia, coagulation factor deficiency): not recommended.
- Active gastro-duodenal ulcer, recent hemorrhage (digestive, cerebral, post-traumatic): not recommended.
- High blood pressure, antihypertensive treatment, heart failure: hawthorn may interact with these treatments. Seek your doctor's advice.
- Soy allergy: not recommended (nattokinase is extracted from fermented soy).
