Organic Green Pea seeds for sprouting
This seed from the legume family is native to Central Asia and has been grown for more than 4000 years!
🌱 Its fresh, crunchy taste is close to that of garden peas. Green peas can be eaten either whole, very young, or as young shoots (around 8 cm) like sunflower or buckwheat, to enjoy in salads or green juices.
Soaking: 12 hours
Sprouting: 3-4 days
It is very easy to grow in the Easygreen Light or in the Easygreen Sol.
