Organic Hawthorn Pollen

Average nutritional values per 100 g of hawthorn pollen (producer's table, Practical info tab): protein 23.7 g (47% of the NRV), fibre 10.3 g, vitamin B6 0.69 mg (49% of the NRV), vitamin C 62.5 mg (78% of the NRV), iron 6.10 mg (44% of the NRV), zinc 10 mg (100% of the NRV).
Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

List of ingredients: Mainly organic hawthorn pollen (Crataegus sp.). Minority of other pollens from the surrounding flora.
No colouring or preservatives.

Packaging: Packaging: tray in a protective atmosphere. 250g.

Best before: 18 months from the date of manufacture

Storage: It is kept frozen on our premises and you must put it in the freezer on receipt. You can put a small quantity in the fridge for a few days.

Delivery: delivery of frozen pollen. A patented process allows the pollen to travel for up to 7 days out of the freezer; it must nevertheless be put in the freezer on receipt.
