Very easy to grow, black cabbage is actually an old variety of kale. Its sprouted seeds have a nutty, earthy flavour, both salty and sweet.
🌱 Their texture is crunchy with a hint of bitterness, which makes them a versatile ingredient for your soups, salads and smoothies!
