Organic Red Cabbage seeds for sprouting
🌱 Originating in Central Europe, red cabbage was highly prized from the Middle Ages onwards. Its sprouted seeds have a mild taste and their astonishing purplish-red colour will decorate your dishes beautifully.
Soaking: 4 hours
Germination: 5 days
It is very easy to grow in the Easygreen Light or in the Easygreen Sol.

Red cabbage seeds from organic farming, for sprouting, selected from our Italian supplier Bavicchi. The young shoots naturally contain anthocyanins, the plant pigments that give them this purplish-red colour.
