We offer the Nam Hom Thai variety, the most renowned coconut variety in the world in terms of taste, highly appreciated for its aromatic and sweet water. This variety is cultivated exclusively in Thailand.
In 2017, we conducted numerous trials and research to develop the entire supply chain for fresh organic young coconuts from A to Z with Liu, our partner.
Today, in addition to practicing organic farming, our producers adhere to fair trade criteria: fair compensation, decent working conditions, promotion of gender equality, etc.
🥥 Characteristics of young coconuts
Coconuts are harvested when they are green and young to take advantage of the maximum amount of coconut water (and a minimum of flesh). Open the coconut, insert a straw and enjoy sweet, fresh, pure, remineralizing, and very thirst-quenching water. Unlike the brown nuts we are more familiar with, the pulp inside the nut is fine and tender (it can be eaten with a spoon!).
Our coconuts are simply hand-trimmed with precise techniques to facilitate transport. To learn more about the production conditions, visit the "supply chain" tab.
They are organic from the nursery to the shipment, which is carried out without the use of synthetic fungicides on the drupe (as is the case with non-organic coconuts). Our soaking solution is natural and organic as well.
> Note : the development of brown spots on the outer skin does not imply a deterioration of the water and flesh, the coconuts being waterproof. Quite simply, the shell oxidizes after a while, just like the skin of a banana can turn black. The light brown coloration of coconuts is perfectly normal !
Open them and taste them if you have any doubts, it's the best way to know !

Once the coconut water is consumed, use a machete to cut the white shell around the top of the coconut. Firmly strike while turning the nut to make a circular opening. Use a spoon to detach and eat the tender coconut flesh. The coconut pulp can also be used in smoothies, fruit salads, or as a topping for desserts.
🥥 Thecoconut water The liquid from immature coconuts is a clear, sterile fluid found inside coconuts, rich in minerals, vitamins, and various micronutrients.
There is much more coconut water in a fresh coconut than in a mature coconut, which contains more flesh.
It is very important to consume fresh coconut water immediately after it has been exposed to air. Indeed, this water is a unique and sterile mixture, meaning it is free from any microbial infection, and exposure to air or, worse, sterilization greatly destroys many of the coconut's active micronutritional principles. Among these micronutrients are lauric acid (which is only found in coconut and breast milk), iron, potassium, magnesium, calcium, sodium...
In fact, the potassium content in the water of a fresh coconut is twice as high as what is found in a banana, which is already extremely rich in it. Moreover, these are micronutrients that are directly bioavailable and assimilable.

This bath is not mandated by European regulations; without it, the coconuts would deteriorate during transport !

In mainland France excluding Corsica, shipping is preferably done by DPD, which delivers within 24 hours from Marseille to three-quarters of French territory, except for the northwest, which takes 48 hours (see DPD delivery operations and delivery map). Please provide your address with a door code if there is one.
DPD can deliver up to 2 boxes. To optimize shipping costs, it is often preferable to place separate orders, 2 boxes at a time.
Other delivery methods- Chronopost can deliver up to 6 boxes. Chronopost delivers to Corsica.
- In neighboring countries (except Switzerland): delivery by DHL Express Europe (24H)
- Delivery to a global relay point is possible BUT PLEASE NOTE the package must be picked up as soon as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any potential damage to the items if the package is not picked up on the day of its arrival at the relay point.

Shipping AddressesPlease note that fresh coconuts are available for pre-order only. We do not have stock for this fresh product. We receive a shipment once a month, generally fully reserved in advance. Upon receipt of the shipment, the coconuts are shipped as quickly as possible in the order in which the orders were placed.
If you order coconuts and other products from the store, excluding straws or machetes, the other products will automatically be shipped in a separate package.
The day before shipping, you can choose a different delivery address or have it delivered to a pickup point if you choose the carrier DPD. To do this, you will need to respond before midnight to the text message or email sent by DPD the day before delivery.
