Ingredients (for 2 to 3 bowls)

  • 750 g of pumpkin flesh
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 20 cl of filtered water
  • 1 fresh onion
  • 1 cup of coconut cream
  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tsp of dried thyme
  • 1 tsp of turmeric
  • 1 tsp of marine plasma (or ½ tsp of sea salt)

  • Pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Dice the pumpkin and place it in your blender.
  2. Add all the other ingredients.
  3. Blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture.
  4. Serve immediately to enjoy the intact enzymes and nutrients.
