INCA combines several families of active ingredients:

- maca (Lepidium meyenii), a tuber native to the Peruvian Andes, traditionally consumed for general vitality;
- a blend of fermented fruits and vegetables (pineapple, papaya, apple, tomato, kiwi, blackberry, passion fruit, dragon fruit, pumpkin, bell pepper, spinach, carrot, cabbage, bitter gourd, onion, seaweed, mushroom);

Simple use: add 25 ml (about 1 and a half tablespoons) of INCA to 200 ml of warm water (less than 40°C). Drink on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before meals, twice a day.

Some useful clarifications:

- If you are new to fermented liquid enzymes, start with one intake per day for a few days, then move to two.

- In case of digestive sensitivity, take INCA during a meal rather than on an empty stomach.

- For maintenance: two intakes per day.

- Do not exceed the daily dose of 50 ml (2 intakes of 25 ml).

Store in a cool and dark place, away from sunlight and shocks. Once opened, the bottle can be kept for one month in the refrigerator. Natural sediments are normal for a fermented product and can be consumed.
