After studying in the food industry and obtaining a cooking professional qualification as an autodidact, gaining experiences in vegan and raw restaurants, she headed towards naturopathy studies. Wanting to learn how to cook in the healthiest way possible, in a world where more fast food restaurants flourish than fruit trees, Aurélie has been fascinated by new "healthy" culinary trends and in particular the living food.
