Since 2005, I have used various blender models daily for our raw food preparations, without finding a robust and financially affordable model. Different devices of varying qualities and prices have broken down at home after several months of intensive use.

I am regularly asked for advice on a professional blender, but until now, I hadn't found anything satisfactory in terms of quality/price ratio. I come from a middle-class family background and believe that raw food should not be reserved for a wealthy elite.

Practicing raw food since 2005, I use the MixMeUp that I developed with a manufacturer with whom we worked for over six months, making various small improvements that seemed essential for raw food (but you can also use it for cocktails!), based on my experience using blenders at the family level.

This professional blender under our Biovie brand has not been subject to any mass marketing campaign whose cost would have been reflected in its sale price. We imported an entire container of 1000 devices and now work directly with the manufacturer without any intermediaries, which explains this price without sacrificing quality, and this is our general commercial orientation.
