Mother of 3 children and friend to 3 beautiful stepchildren, I am a multi-platform creator, which is the formula that best defines me as the free spirit that I am!

In 2009, a quest for meaning led me to question everything: my story, my diet, my roles as a mother, a lover, a woman, a citizen. I was searching for a secure and comfortable place here and among others.

I wanted to be pure, perfect, clean, in service of great messages, to please others, forgetting to vibrate, to laugh, and to enjoy.
I lived dissociated from my body, more precisely from my belly and my heart, frustrated and always running.

I eventually found this space of trust and listening within myself.

Thanks to travels, our 6 children, my various professional experiences, and passionate human relationships where I sometimes got burned and always discovered a little more, I eventually found this space of trust and listening within myself.

Once my freedom to be was regained, calmed, and by sharing my understandings, my point of view, I resonated with many women, thus revealing their own truth, their unique potential.
