✨ One of the self-taught pioneers of raw and plant-based food in France, Carole trained in raw food with Kate Magic in 2010. Originally from Alsace, she worked for around ten years (between 2005 and 2020) as a legal assistant in law firms, then as a sales advisor in organic shops.
🍀 In November 2024, she had the opportunity to do a Workaway stay of several months with Eric and Aurélie. And following this meeting, this time of exchange and cohabitation, she joined the team. Thanks to Biovie, she has finally found a job that matches her desire to promote healthy, conscious eating, and her desire to pass on her passion for raw food and superfoods. As well as being lucky enough to land a job that enabled her to work remotely, she was also able to realise her dream of a home close to the ocean, on the Basque coast.
🧚🏽♀️ Carole now contributes her help and diverse skills to the promotion and development of the online shop, the management of affiliations, and the various crusine training projects.
