How long does a pollen treatment/cure last?

A pollen treatment/cure typically lasts between 3 and 6 weeks, preferably during the transition periods between seasons, which means between late summer and early autumn, and between late winter and early spring. To do this treatment, it is best to take one to two heaping tablespoons of fresh pollen in the morning at breakfast, in order to enjoy the benefits of this superfood throughout the day.
