Organic Rocket / Arugula seeds for sprouting
🌱 Sprouted rocket seeds have an extremely pleasant spicy, aromatic flavour, slightly stronger than that of the adult salad leaf.
Soaking: 2 hours
Sprouting: 5 days
It is very easy to grow in the Easygreen Light or in the Easygreen Sol.
> However, these are mucilaginous seeds; they cannot sprout directly on a flat, sealed surface. They need a substrate, and cannot sprout properly without the sprouting support that stabilises the gel they produce.
🌱 Biovie has developed small hemp mats for sprouting, specifically designed for sprouting mucilaginous seeds in the automatic sprouter Easygreen Light. These mats can also be used in a suitable rectangular container.
