Shipping and returns

The transport of your package

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Shipping times may vary from 48 hours to 7 working days. An estimate of the preparation time is indicated to you before the payment of your order. 

Once your order has been prepared, you will receive an email telling you that your package has been shipped, followed by another email that will tell you the tracking number.

Some fresh products such as cocos, mangoes, tartar,.... are in pre-order only and are shipped to arrivals.

In case of out of stock on a product, your order will be shipped in one go after the replenishment receive. In case of breakage more than a week, we report the replenishment date on the corresponding product page, please consult these pages.

The seaweed is supplied in a tight flow to ensure maximum freshness, and there are occasional breaks from one week to the next. In this case, your order will be shipped in one go after the replenishment received.

The replenishment dates and shipping and delivery times are given as an indication, any delay cannot give rise to a payment of damages. 

We offer a large number of carriers :

- Letter Followed for single books: 24h

- DPD Prédict (explanatory link here) : home delivery in a 3-hour time slot of your choice, to a relay point, to a neighbor, to a DPD relay or to an address other than the shipping address. The choice is made the day before the receipt of your package, information by SMS and email. Deadline 24h to 48h non contractual:
Attention DPD does not deliver in Corsica.

- Mondial Relay: most economical but slowest mode of transport 72 hours to 10 days


- Chronopost : 24h (not contractual), only possible mode of transport for Klamath seaweed


- DHL Europe : 24h (not contractual), for border countries


- Orders over 70 kilos are sent by pallet

Heavy products are shipped alone, in this case your order is split in two. Before making any complaint, check that delivered items match well with Delivery Note present in your package. It may be that your order has been split in two and you will receive the missing products in a second shipment. 



Return of your package / Dispute

You have the possibility in accordance with article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code to return your package (excluding fresh products) in perfect condition, in its original packaging and at your expense within fourteen working days from its delivery for exchange or refund, shipping costs deducted if you have had shipping costs. 

Please keep the delivery note for the return, to be attached to the return package.

Before making any claim, check that the delivered items match well with Delivery Note present in your package. It may be that your order has been split in two and you will receive the missing products in a second shipment. 

If your package arrives damaged, please accept it and write to us about the damage within 5 business days.
