Here’s one of their favourite summer recipes.
Rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, nasturtium has many properties for the skin, immunity and the respiratory system!
- 12 nasturtium flowers and a dozen of leaves
- 2 small fennels
- 1 green pepper
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp of marine plasma
Put the flowers and leaves under water and drain them with paper towel.
Cut the vegetables and the apple into pieces and mix them with the marine plasma and vinegar. Add 6 nasturtium flowers and leaves.
Serve fresh and decorate with the remaining 6 flowers.
