    Holder of a BTS in Insurance, I followed the path that was given to me, namely claims management, for 12 years. In December 2019, a turning point began as the field of insurance was no longer suitable for me, and before "falling into burnout," I needed to take a break to find my true calling.

    A lover of nature and flora for as long as I can remember, I had to prioritize the essential and important things in my life: plants and flowers !
    Eating "edible wild plants" and having discovered raw food during the lockdown, my creativity naturally led me to combine the two for even more benefits. I crafted delicious, simple, healthy, and floral recipes with a touch of Food Art, for the delight of both the eyes and the taste buds !
    Passionate about photography, I got caught up in the game of immortalizing this ephemeral art.
    From there, my first recipe book, Food Art Smoothies, was born, an invitation to creativity on the plate since tasting begins primarily with sight. A beautiful plate brings joy, pleasure, and above all, an extra taste.

    With well-being now at the heart of my way of being, I have decided to combine the professions of aromatherapy consultant and herbalist to introduce the powers of the plants that surround us.
    Being self-taught, I have learned a lot through reading and personal experiences, but wanting to solidify my knowledge, I am training with the Association for the Renewal of Herbalism.
    As part of my activity, I also organize "botanical days" and culinary workshops with three focuses: culinary art, living food, and "edible wild plants," with the main mission of bringing happiness to the plate for well-being.
