Organic Mung Bean seeds for sprouting
Mung beans need no introduction: very easy to sprout, they are probably the most widely used seed along with alfalfa! From the legume family, the "green soya bean" originates from India, where its sprouted seed has been used in Ayurvedic cooking since 1500 BC. Unlike yellow soya, the mung bean has not undergone any genetic manipulation.
🌱 Its subtle nutty, pea-like taste and slightly crunchy texture go perfectly with Asian flavours (coconut, lemongrass)... and much more!
