- seeds of mustard (50 g)
- seeds of rocket (30 g)
- seeds of cress (35 g)

🌱 They sprout very easily in theEasygreen Light or in the Easygreen Sol.

> However, these are mucilaginous seeds; they cannot sprout directly on a flat, sealed surface. They need a substrate, and cannot sprout properly without a sprouting support that stabilises the gel they produce.

🌱 Biovie has developed small cellulose mats for sprouting, specifically designed for sprouting mucilaginous seeds in the automatic sprouter Easygreen Lightsprouter. These mats can also be used in a suitable rectangular container.
