Organic Rapini Broccoli seeds for sprouting
Chinese broccoli, also called "broccoli rabe" or rapini, is a very old variety of cabbage native to Italy that travelled as far as China. The vegetable is still used there in many traditional dishes, as well as in Portugal and Spain.
🌱 With a mild, slightly bitter flavour, its sprouted seeds are reminiscent of the taste of walnut. This variety combines the flavours of broccoli and mustard!
Soaking: 12 hours
Sprouting: 4 to 6 days.
It is very easy to grow in the Easygreen Light or in the Easygreen Sol from 16°C: the hulls stay at the base and the dense root network allows rapid vertical growth.
