ORGANIC barley sprouting seeds
🌱 Juices made fromwheatgrass or barley grass orspelt grass are prepared from the young shoots, put through the juicer.
> Making your own barley grass juice : Sprout your barley normally at home, cut the green shoot above the seed, then put your harvest through the juicer. Allow about 20 ml per day, which you can mix into your fruit or vegetable juice.
It is very easy to grow in theEasygreen Light or in theEasygreen Sol.
> If you don't have ajuicer, we advise you to use our dehydrated barley grass juice powder, or our dehydrated barley grass powder.
