Almond ricotta cheese

  • 1 cup of soaked and rinsed almonds
  • 60 ml of water
  • 2 tbsps of lemon juice
  • a few drops of marine plasma

Put in the nut milk bag and drain into a bowl for 8 hours.

Model the cheese with the hands and place it in the fridge to stop the fermentation process.

You can also coat it with fresh herbs or spices to your taste!

Storage: 5 days
