Pollenergie pollens are of exceptional quality because they are fresh, frozen and vacuum-packed.
🟡 Chestnut pollen is frozen just after harvest, which preserves it in its fresh state.
> Ideally, eat one heaped tablespoon every morning as is, or in your yoghurt, smoothie or on a slice of bread.
COMPOSITION
Mainly organic chestnut pollen (Castanea sp.), with a minority of other pollens from the surrounding flora. Like other pollens, it naturally contains polyphenols, carotenoids and lactic ferments. The producer's average nutritional values are given in the table in the "Practical info" tab.

No colouring or preservatives.
Packaging: Packaging: tray in a protective atmosphere. 250g.
Best before: 18 months from the date of manufacture
Storage: It is kept frozen on our premises and you must put it in the freezer on receipt. You can put a small quantity in the fridge for a few days.
Delivery: delivery of frozen pollen. A patented process allows the pollen to travel for up to 7 days out of the freezer; it must nevertheless be put in the freezer on receipt.
