Soak 1 cup of sunflower seeds for 8h.
Rinse and mix them with enough water to get a thick cream.
Pour into a glass jar and cover with a towel or a gauze and let it ferment for 8h at room temperature.
- 2 tbsps of lemon juice
- 2 tbsps of olive oil
- 1 tsp of coriander seeds
- 1 tsp of carvi seeds
- salt and pepper
Storage : 5 days in a cool place!
