Our fresh algae in bulk enable you to make salads, tartares, sauces and enhanced pâtés by all the energizing and detoxifying power of the sea.

Dulse is particularly rich in proteins (up to 35%), magnesium, calcium, iron and C vitamin!

The recipe:


  • 2 cups of chopped celery
  • 1⁄2 cup of dulse seaweed
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1⁄2 cup of olive oil
  • 1⁄2 cup of water or vegetable juice
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
