  • 1 cucumber cut into spaghetti
  • 1 handful of desalted sea beans
  • 1 small avocado or 1/2 avocado in cubes 
  • 1/2 tbsp of pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of sesame seeds
  • (optional) 1 pinch of dried calendula petals, nasturtium flowers and leaves
