Dulse with hazelnuts seaweed tartare

On a slice of bread or in pesto, a simple and delicious recipe to enjoy the multiple properties of algae!

Mix:

  • 50g of desalted dulse
  • 1 handful of hazelnuts soaked 1 night
  • 1 shallot
  • 4 pickles
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp of tamari soy sauce
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 3 tbsps of olive oil
  • pepper

... That's all there is to it!
