Here is one of their recipes:
Mix until you get a homogeneous paste:
- 90g walnuts
- 100g carrots
- 60g of new onions
- 3 Medjool dates
Add to the dough :
- 5g psyllium
- 6g brewer's yeast
- 25g of chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of cumin and 1 of nutmeg
- Sea salt, pepper
Mix and form small balls with hands. They can be kept in the refrigerator for 5 days!
