Here is a very easy recipe to prepare called "Sunballs" :

Mix until you get a homogeneous paste:

  • 90g walnuts
  • 100g carrots
  • 60g of new onions
  • 3 Medjool dates

Add to the dough :

  • 5g psyllium
  • 6g brewer's yeast
  • 25g of chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch of cumin and 1 of nutmeg
  • Sea salt, pepper

Mix and form small balls with hands. They can be kept in the refrigerator for 5 days!
