Apricot - tomato chutney

It is the beginning of the apricot's season: let's take advantage of it to stock up on A and C vitamins!


  • 200 g tomato flesh
  • 2 dried apricots


  • 10 g of ground psyllium
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsps of olive oil
  • Espelette chili pepper

Mix again and pour into a salad bowl.

Finely cut:

  • 100 g of red pepper
  • 100 g of fresh apricots
  • 20 g of spring onions
  • 20 g of basil

Add to the salad bowl and mix well.
