The ingredients:

  • 2 sliced zucchini (with the mandolin)
  • 8 small salad leaves
  • 120 g of homade tapenade, houmous or poivronnade
  • 8 carrot sticks
  • 8 dried tomatoes
  • Sprouted seeds

Overlap in length 4 slices of zucchini. Place the ingredients in and roll to form the cannelloni!
